Lucky Havard

Meet Lucky! Lucky is a Labrador Retriever/Cattle Dog mix who was sadly surrendered to a kill shelter after his former family decided they could no longer care for him. Despite this rough beginning, Lucky remains a deeply affectionate dog who bonds quickly and loves his people unconditionally. After several years at our kennel, we are hoping that his luck turns around and someone sees him for the amazing dog that he truly is and offers him a forever home.

Lucky is incredibly eager to please and is fully housebroken. This handsome boy thrives on forming strong bonds with his owner and will be fiercely protective of both the household and those he loves, making him an excellent watchdog for a quiet home. His ideal family would have an experienced adult dog owner, and he'd do best as the only pet in the house.

With boundless energy and playfulness, Lucky needs daily exercise and would thrive with a fenced-in yard. His affectionate nature shines through when he's given the chance to cuddle up with his family. He's also undergone training in leash manners and basic obedience, ensuring he's well-behaved and ready for his forever home. He’s a smart boy, who thrives on learning, and knows many commands such as sit, stay, down, paw, touch, and wait.

Lucky is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. If you want to give this sweet, loving boy the chance he deserves, apply at EHRDOGS.ORG and mention LUCKY HAVARD by name! Be the one to show Lucky what it means to be part of a truly loving family.
